Klara + David -East Fork Country Estate-Fall wedding in Oregon

This beautiful October wedding took place at East Fork Country Estate. 

Klara chose a fall color palette which included marsala, burgundy red, orange, bronze and gold. The overall floral look was lush, elegant and full of texture and locally grown blooms

Klara's bouquet was lush and full of all types of goodies: garden roses, dahlias, scabiosa, cox comb, parrot tulips, rose hips, eucalyptus, jasmine vine, pincushion protea, agonis, nandina, amaranthus. Its a great time of year here in the Pacific NW for locally grown flowers -such a bounty. I was happy to use mostly locally grown flowers for this stunning fall wedding.

Veronica + Elijah {The Sentinel Hotel Portland, Oregon Wedding}

Veronica and Elijah had a beautiful mid September wedding at the exquisite Sentinel Hotel in Downtown Portland, Oregon.

The bride chose rose gold accents and shades of blush pink as her main color palette. That theme carried into her lavish blush toned gown from Ania Collection.

Bridal party flowers consisted of the most luxurious local cafe au lait dahlias, ranunculus, garden roses, sweet peas, snow berry, dusty miller and blushing bride protea.

Modern wrist corsages for weddings and special occasions

Forget about the old high school wrist corsages full of bling, tulle and spray paint. There are countless options when it comes to beautiful and modern wrist corsages.

I really enjoy designing wrist corsages; they are tiny little master pieces. Very intricate, detailed and full of unexpected textures. The sky is the limit when it comes to flowers to wear.

This ribbon tied wrist corsage features red piano garden roses, willow eucalyptus and pieris japonica

I loved creating this delicate yellow and gray wedding wrist corsage with orchids, hypericum, craspedia {billy balls}, dusty miller, silver brunia and plumosa

Gray, plum purple and orange wrist corsage features pincushion protea, berzellia berries, scabiosa pods, hypericum and plum purple sweet peas.

I absolutely adore plum purple anemones and this simple yet elegant sage ribbon wrist corsage was stunning

This is my most favorite color of ranunculus and paired with all this texture made it absolutely pop. Rose hips, blackberries, nigella pods, dusty miller, seeded eucalyptus and astrantia

This peach/coral wrist corsage features dusty miller, ranunculus, sedum, mini roses, seeded eucalyptus and succulents

Love this pale pink/blush ribbon wrist corsage with ranunculus, snow berries, lisianthus, dusty miller and larkspur, designed on champagne ribbon

This lovely modern wrist corsage consists of cymbidium orchid bloom, berzellia and wax flower

Peach ribbon wrist corsage with white ranunculus, blueberries, berzellia berries and trix dianthus

Champagne mini roses, hypericum berries, sedum, succulents, scabiosa pods and ranunculus make up this rustic elegant wrist corsage with burlap ribbon

Pantone "Marsala" Burgundy-Red color inspiration

When Pantone named "Marsala" as their 2015 color of the year, I was excited to see a bolder color palette. 

I love how Marsala works very well with the blush tones to add that pop of color. 

Here are some designs I created using this color palette. 

Bridal bouquet consisted of the beautiful red piano garden roses, red intuition roses {love their velvety petals with unique markings on them}, chocolate queen annes lace, blackberries, ranunculus, sweet william, leptospermum, gilded agonis, plumosa, maidenhair, pieris and anemone.

I am loving those red piano garden roses and red intuition roses in this mini gold vase arrangement. This would make a perfect accent for a small cocktail/bistro table.

Sara + Jared -St Marys Cathedral/Barn Wedding Reception

Sara wanted a classic all white wedding flowers including roses, garden roses and hydrangea.

This was probably the hottest wedding weekend in July at almost 100 degrees. None the less, the flowers looked fresh and fabulous. 

The ceremony took place at St. Mary's Cathedral in Downtown Portland.

Reception was at a beautiful barn in Boring, Oregon owned by a family friend.

I can't say no when one of my favorite photographers asks me to collaborate on a photo shoot.

This was one of my all time favorite shoots. I got the full creative freedom to design and style all the floral and decor elements.

The overall look and feel was rustic -elegance with a large emphasis on garden style.

Katie + Brian -The Resort at the Mountain Wedding

Katie and Brian had the most gorgeous wedding in red "marsala" with gold and champagne accents. What a way to stay ahead of trends ;)

I really enjoyed working with all the fun textures and flowers to bring out the rustic elegance of this wedding. The Resort at the Mountain was the most perfect back drop for this event. 

I was honored that Katie totally trusted me to create her florals with just a color palette for inspiration and I took care of the rest of the details and all floral choices. 

Katie's bouquet included piano garden roses, hearts garden roses, cymbidium orchids in white and red, hypericum berries, eryngium, dahlias, scabiosa and scabiosa pods, sahara roses, caramel antike garden roses and blackberries. 

The two Flower girls carried birch cone with flowers and birch basket with petals. 

Table centerpieces were designed in our beautiful wine boxes.
